This tool is designed for wood only, it is not for use on metals. It is only recommended for Shapeoko machines, not Nomads.
Recommended Speeds and Feeds:
- Depth per pass: 0.02″
- RPM: 16,000
- Feedrate: 60 in/min
NOTE: This version of McFly has an 8mm shank and is only compatible with ER16/ER20 spindles with an 8mm collet. If you have a Carbide Compact Router or a 65mm VFD spindle, you will need the McFly with a 1/4″ shank.
